After discussing all details of the future project, the client makes an advance payment of 50% of the cost of services and sends the terms of reference, necessary materials and contact details of the responsible person, if any.
Within 2-4 business days after receiving all the necessary materials, the visualizer prepares draft renderings in 1200px resolution on the larger side. The style depends on the type of room, style, occupancy and other factors.
The client reviews the draft renderings and sends a list of edits. The edits should be no more than 40% of the total scope of work and should be stated in a clear and structured manner. The visualizer makes edits and sends the modified renderings.
The client checks the modified renderings and sends additional edits. They should not exceed 10-15% of the total scope of work. The visualizer makes the necessary changes again.
The client pays the remaining 50% of the cost of services. After receiving the payment, the visualizer sends final renderings in 2000px resolution on the larger side.
After two rounds of edits, additional changes are also possible. They make up 5% of the scope of work, without providing final renderings.
