After discussing all details of the future project, the client makes an advance payment of 50% of the cost of services and sends the terms of reference, necessary materials and contact details of the responsible person, if any.
Within 2-4 business days after receiving all the necessary materials, the visualizer prepares draft renderings in 1200px resolution on the larger side. The style depends on the type of room, style, occupancy and other factors.
The client reviews the renders and sends a list of edits, if needed. Please make sure the revisions are clear and well-structured. The visualizer makes edits and sends the modified renderings.
The client checks the modified renderings and sends additional edits, if needed. The visualizer makes the necessary changes again. The final renders are then sent to the designer.
The client pays the remaining 50% of the cost of services. After receiving the payment, the visualizer sends final renderings in 2000px resolution on the larger side.
After two rounds of edits, additional changes are also possible. The cost is 40–50% of the project price and depends on the complexity of the requested changes.
