Preparatory stage

Once we agree on the scope, timing and details, the project starts with a 50% deposit. At this stage, you send me the brief, references and any other materials needed for the work. If someone else will be coordinating the project, please include their contact details as well.

Draft renderings

The draft renderings are usually ready 2 to 4 business days after I receive all the necessary materials. They are provided at 1,200 px on the longest side. The exact timing depends on the type of space, its style, the amount of furniture and detail, and other project factors.

First round of revisions

After reviewing the draft renderings, please send me clear, well-organized feedback if any changes are needed. I then make the requested revisions and send you the updated renderings.

Second round of revisions

You review the updated renderings and let me know if any further changes are needed. I make the necessary changes and send you the final previews.

Final renderings

At this stage, the remaining 50% of the project fee is due. Once I receive the payment, I send you the final renderings at 2,000 px on the longest side.

Additional changes

Two rounds of revisions are included. Further changes are charged separately, usually at 40–50% of the project fee, depending on their scope and complexity.
